The New York Times/Siena poll […] found that 49% of registered voters in this age group would vote for Trump in […] versus 43% who said Biden.
However, “likely voters” in the same age bracket said they prefer Biden to Trump, 47% to 44%.
“That difference tracked the overall trend of the poll, in which Trump beat Biden by 2 points among registered voters, and Biden beat Trump by the same margin among likely voters,” the Washington Free Beacon reports.
The report added, “Among all the poll’s respondents, 37% approved of the job Biden has done as president, while 58% disapproved. For likely voters, 39% approved, and 57% disapproved. […]”
Earlier this week, Biden’s favorability hit a record low.
According to the latest Monmouth University poll, released on Monday, just 34 percent of Americans said they approve of Biden’s performance in the White House — slightly lower than the New York Times’ poll findings.”
