Roasting Wonder Woman 1984 – A Humiliating Sequel

Adam Does Movies, August 9th

Description…

“I think most people really enjoyed the first Wonder Woman movie. Gal Gadot proved herself to be a solid choice as the superhero goddess.

So when Wonder Woman 1984 was announced, many were really looking forward to the sequel.

Patti Jenkins returned along with Chris Pine but none of the charm, gritty action or beautiful visuals came along with them.

Instead, WW84 is an embarrassing shadow of it’s former self. A comical rom-com in the worst sense […].

The script is insulting.

The characters are joyless. Gal Gadot has to spend a good portion of time being sad and miserable over a man.

Not the feminist icon she was previously looked at as.

Wonder Woman 1984 sucks, plain and simple. Join me as I roast this thing down to nothing!

Nic Cage’s ‘Mandy’ (2018) Is SO GOOD You’ll Give Him Your Soul Forever 🎫

Space Ice reviews 2018 film Mandy, an over the top independent action horror movie staring Nicolas Cage, Andrea Riseborough, Linus Roache, Bill Duke, Richard Drake and others, April 7th

Description

“The Nicolas Cage movie Mandy is such a mind-blowingly awesome movie, that you’ll realize you’re just a dope who’s wasting their soul while Nicolas Cage could be doing so much more with it. You’re kind of a loser, so he’ll probably just eat it, but still. Better that then whatever stupid things you had planned.”
