Leaving California…

Up until a few months ago, I never thought the day would come that I’d decide I had to get out. I’d always envisioned dying here, no other place ever had any special appeal…

I guess I value the familiarity.

Gives me comfort and a sense of, maybe just an illusion of, stability.

And ever since getting involved in politics I’ve been determined to dig my heels in to spite and overcome the fascism swallowing up this state.

I still don’t want to leave.

Newsom’s catastrophic governance and the Democrat dominance of California’s executive branch, courts, and legislature remain entrenched despite all efforts though, and sounding the alarm about the mass fraud being committed statewide in each and every election falls on deaf ears here, mostly. It’s frustrating.

I no longer have the patience for it and even if I did, I simply can’t afford to stick it out anymore. Inflation is a bitch, as is the insane level taxation we’re subjected to here. It’s the end of the road, for me.

Where to next?

Somewhere my vote and voice will have a greater impact, somewhere more heavily contested… where I won’t be so alone in the fight against corporate news, election fraud, and all other manner of corruption pervading our government and, in fact, our society at large.

Pennsylvania…

Scott Presler has spent a lot of time there, and follows me on twitter; maybe I can get in touch and help once I’m there and settled. I’m not interested in pushing early voting but will gladly help register voters. Toni Shuppe lives out there too…

She’s someone else I’d be interested in helping in whatever way I can.

Lots of possibilities.

And regardless, I’ll be continuing to do what I do here on the website, piggyback reporting, tracking and highlighting coverage from legit journalists, throwing more of my own takes into the mix.

That will include raising public awareness about people like the two activists I mentioned, and others.

Whether I end up helping them directly or not I’ll be doing what I can in my own lane, as a citizen journalist running my mouth and slinging info to other citizens.

Whatever I get up to…

Expect to hear more about it here.

Sad to be leaving Cali but…

Consider it a tactical retreat.

  1. I totally understand! I can’t believe anyone stays in California! We have some friends and family in Pennsylvania. Not sure about taxes and stuff but cost of living might be better there. We are leaving Florida and moving to New Hampshire in 3 weeks. Like you said about California, we have lived in Florida for 40 years and never thought we’d leave.
