Since January 2024, Nearly 2 MILLION Lacking ID Have Registered To Vote In Three Key States

William Upton —- National Pulse —- April 2nd

“The number of individuals registering to vote without a valid photo ID is on the rise in three critical 2024 swing states, fueling renewed concerns about the integrity of U.S. elections.

According to public data from the Social Security Administration (SSA), Texas has seen 1,250,710 […] register to vote without a photo ID since the start of 2024.

In Pennsylvania, 580,513 […] have been able to register. Meanwhile 220,731 individuals lacking photo ID have registered […] in Arizona.

Federal law allows 1st time voters to register even if they lack a gov. issued photo ID or drivers license. The Help America Vote Act of 2002 instructs state election officials to use […] Social Security Number (SSN) to verify […] identity […]. According to the law, the last four digits of a registrant’s SSN are then verified by the Social Security Admin through its Help America Vote Verification (HAVV) system.

Verifying […] identity via the HAVV isn’t fool proof […]. Illegal immigrants who obtain work permits are issued Social Security Cards — leaving open the “possibility” that an error in the HAVV database could result in them being able to cast a ballot.

The […] agency has been plagued for years by overpayment issues caused by data and human error.

A Pew Research survey from February found that 81% of respondents said they favor requiring people to show government-issued photo identification to vote, and 82% said they favor requiring paper ballot backups for electronic voting machines.

These new, unreliable registrations in AZ, TX, and PA are more than enough to swing the 2024 election in those states. In the 2020 election, Trump won TX by 631,221 votes. Biden “won” PA by 80,555 and AZ by just 10,457.”

Judge Presiding Over Stormy Daniels Trial Linked To Letitia James & Democrat AG Association

William Upton —- National Pulse —- April 2nd

“Evidence continues to mount that the judge presiding over Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s “hush-money” prosecution of former President Donald Trump should be conflicted out of the legal proceedings. Investigative reporter Laura Loomer has uncovered a direct financial relationship between Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter, Loren, and the Democrat Democrat Attorney’s General Association (DAGA).

According to campaign finance disclosure documents, DAGA made several payments throughout 2023 to Authentic, a digital marketing firm that employs Loren Merchan.

At least one payment was made last October while James’s civil […]  prosecution […] was ongoing.

The DAGA connection raises a potential conflict of interest regarding the judge’s relationship with NY’s anti-Trump AG Letitia James, who is a member of the Democrat group.

James has overseen an  aggressive lawfare campaign against Trump in NY. […]

[…]

While the connections between DAGA, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, and Juan Merchan may appear tangential, NY state law regarding judicial recusals is fairly expansive.

A judge is disqualified from presiding over a case “if he is related by consanguinity or affinity to any party to the controversy within the sixth degree.” While some in the corporate media have claimed that Loren Merchan’s anti-Trump social media posts do not merit her father’s disqualification, it would appear that her business relationship with DAGA — and Letitia James — may.

Late yesterday, Judge Merchan expanded his gag order against Donald Trump to include barring him from speaking about Loren Merchan — effectively silencing the former President’s ability to draw attention to the judge’s potential conflict of interest.”

Biden’s Regime Is Flooding Red States With Illegals – Over 300,000 So Far…

Wake Up Right —- National Pulse —- April 2nd

“The Biden regime has flown hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens […] from their home states into the U.S. and put 90% of them in FL and TX, according to an exhaustive analysis of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data.

Back up: In October 2022, the Biden regime rolled out a migrant parole program that allowed Venezuelan [nationals] to apply for asylum from their home country [to be] flown to the U.S. In January 2023, [it] was expanded to include Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Colombians.

The numbers: […] analysis found that roughly 386,000 have been flown in since October 2022.”

Leaving California…

Up until a few months ago, I never thought the day would come that I’d decide I had to get out. I’d always envisioned dying here, no other place ever had any special appeal…

I guess I value the familiarity.

Gives me comfort and a sense of, maybe just an illusion of, stability.

And ever since getting involved in politics I’ve been determined to dig my heels in to spite and overcome the fascism swallowing up this state.

I still don’t want to leave.

Newsom’s catastrophic governance and the Democrat dominance of California’s executive branch, courts, and legislature remain entrenched despite all efforts though, and sounding the alarm about the mass fraud being committed statewide in each and every election falls on deaf ears here, mostly. It’s frustrating.

I no longer have the patience for it and even if I did, I simply can’t afford to stick it out anymore. Inflation is a bitch, as is the insane level taxation we’re subjected to here. It’s the end of the road, for me.

Where to next?

Somewhere my vote and voice will have a greater impact, somewhere more heavily contested… where I won’t be so alone in the fight against corporate news, election fraud, and all other manner of corruption pervading our government and, in fact, our society at large.

Pennsylvania…

Scott Presler has spent a lot of time there, and follows me on twitter; maybe I can get in touch and help once I’m there and settled. I’m not interested in pushing early voting but will gladly help register voters. Toni Shuppe lives out there too…

She’s someone else I’d be interested in helping in whatever way I can.

Lots of possibilities.

And regardless, I’ll be continuing to do what I do here on the website, piggyback reporting, tracking and highlighting coverage from legit journalists, throwing more of my own takes into the mix.

That will include raising public awareness about people like the two activists I mentioned, and others.

Whether I end up helping them directly or not I’ll be doing what I can in my own lane, as a citizen journalist running my mouth and slinging info to other citizens.

Whatever I get up to…

Expect to hear more about it here.

Sad to be leaving Cali but…

Consider it a tactical retreat.

Corporate Press Shits On Dave Chappelle’s New Netflix Special

Chris Bertman – SCNR – Jan. 3rd

“Criticism of the comedian stems from his latest set of jokes about [trans] people and other musings about the LGBTQ+ community in The Dreamer, which was released on the streaming platform Saturday.

Shortly after the special premiered, Rolling Stone and Variety published scathing reviews of Chappelle’s the dreamer and claimed the comedian was obsessed with trans people.

“It’s unfortunate that Chappelle’s The Dreamer is, like some of his prior Netflix specials, obsessively fixated on the trans community, because it’s not an area he particularly excels at, resorting to puerile premises and punchlines,” wrote Rolling Stone‘s Marlow Stern.

Stern went on to praise fellow comedian Michelle Wolf’s jokes about trans people in her latest special, It’s Great To Be Here.

“Chappelle is apparently incapable of having most of his bits extend beyond mocking genitalia or pronouns,” he went on], “it’s not just tired but uninspired.”

Although Stern lauded Chappelle’s ability to spin a “devilishly funny, layered yarn,” the Rolling Stone writer said the comedian “can’t help himself” when it comes to his “preoccupation with the trans community.”

Variety‘s William Earl similarly panned Chappelle’s jokes about his “favorite target” in [transgenders] and suggested the comedian “try some new material.”

The Hollywood Reporter lauded the special for it’s more “traditional” approach as opposed to Chappelle’s 2021 special, The Closer. However, the outlet noted Chappelle “targets marginalized groups” including disabled people.

The Daily Beast also panned Chappelle’s special for “finding ways to punch down” and “targeting people physically unable to fight back.”

The comedian’s latest special currently has an 85% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. The outlet does not currently have a rating from critic reviews.

Chappelle opened The Dreamer by explaining he was “the biggest Jim Carrey fan in the world.”

[He] then recounted his experience meeting the actor on the set of the 1999 film, Man on the Moon.

Upon meeting Carrey, Chappelle learned the actor remained in character as comedian Andy Kaufman on and off camera during the film’s production.

“I didn’t know any of that,” Chappelle said. “I just walked in there to meet him, and when he walked into the room where we were supposed to meet, I screamed, ‘Jim Carrey!'”

Chappelle said the film crew told [him] to refer to Carrey as “Andy,” to which Chappelle said he “didn’t understand.”

“And then he came over and he was acting weird,” Chappelle said.

“I didn’t know he was acting like Andy Kaufman.”The comedian said he obliged requests and referred to Carrey as his character in the film, though said he was “disappointed” because he “wanted to meet Jim Carrey.”

“I had to pretend this n—a was Andy Kaufman all afternoon,” Chappelle told the audience.

“He was clearly Jim Carrey. I could look at him and I could see he was […].”

Then, Chappelle fired off his punchline: “That’s how trans people make me feel.”

The comedian then joked that he would transition from talking about transgender-identifying people to joking about people with disabilities, joking, “I love punching down.” “

Epstein Documents CONFIRM Trump NEVER Went to Epstein Homes or Pedo Island

Jim Hoft — The Gateway Pundit — January 3rd

[…] Judge Loretta Preska confirmed the release of the initial names from Jeffrey Epstein’s extensive client list, comprising over 150 individuals.

Concurrently, a collection of previously sealed documents was made public.

Following the release, the Court Listener website experienced a crash due to the overwhelming public interest. […] Gateway Pundit managed to secure a backup of this crucial info.

** The Gateway Pundit posted the collection of files released by the NY judge here.

Three individuals, known in the court docs as Doe 105, Doe 107, and Doe 110, have made appeals.

Docs related to Does 105, 107, and 110-110 are being withheld.

[…]

Donald Trump was completely cleared by a victim during her witness testimony.

The victim also said she never massaged Donald Trump.

This comes from page 113 of document 1320-12. Gateway Pundit first reported on this […] in August 2019.

Over two thousand previously sealed court documents involving the Jeffrey Epstein child sex abuse case were released at the time.

According to one document Bill Clinton held a private party on Epstein’s pedophile island.

Democrat Senator George Mitchell and Former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (Democrat) were also named in the documents.

And despite the constant fake news by the liberal media that Trump was a top client of the convicted pedophile — the 2019 court documents completely clear Donald Trump.

Zero Hedge reported:

Following a 2011 article by journalist Sharon Churcher claiming that Donald Trump was a “good friend of Jeffrey’s,” Guiffre was asked to clarify Churcher’s possible misquote that “Donald Trump was also a good friend of Jeffrey’s,” and that Trump “Didn’t partake in any” of — “any sex with any of us but he flirted with me.”

It’s true that he didn’t partake in any sex with us, and but it’s not true that he flirted with me. […] Trump never flirted with me,” said Guiffre.

FBI Goes After Citizens In GA For Requesting Investigation Into Secretary Of State Raffensperger

Wendi S. Mahoney – Uncover DC – January 4th

“Georgia citizens Joe Rossi, Kevin MonclaDavid CrossGarland Favorito, and others have been relentless in their pursuit of the facts of Georgia’s 2020 Presidential election.

Unfortunately, and as is often the case with those who dare to investigate elections, Moncla is now allegedly being investigated by the FBI at the direction of the SEB, perhaps for the emails he has sent to the Board asking they be held accountable.

Moncla’s Sept. 21, 2023 email drew fire when he wrote:

“Mr. Mashburn, listen well. There will be no more excuses. I am putting you on notice that I will be holding you accountable. There are 19 people whose lives hang in the balance because they knew Georgia’s 2020 General Election and Senate run-off results were wrong. Those people were right.

You can either properly investigate our complaints and verify the facts, or I will show you publicly in the media.”

The most recent chapter in Rossi and Moncla’s investigation played out on Dec. 19 at the State Election Board meeting in Georgia.

Support for an investigation of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger fell short by one vote to open an investigation into the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for his certification of the 2020 […] election.

As a result of the vote, the Board ended in a deadlock, a 2-2 vote, just short of the majority required.

The tie was unprecedented because, historically, the Chairman abstains from voting unless there is a tie.

The Board then voted unanimously to ask the General Assembly whether the SEB has the jurisdiction to investigate Raffensperger. Board members Dr. Janice Johnston and Ed Lindsey supported the motion to investigate Raffensperger. Opposing the motion were Board Chairman Matt Mashburn and Democrat Sara Tindal Ghazal.

[…] Kevin Moncla and Joe Rossi have done yeoman’s work bringing the […] receipts to prove the 2020 election was fraught with issues.

Lindsey opened the […] meeting with a spontaneous request to hear from Rossi about his and Moncla’s findings.

Rossi spoke about why he […] Raffensperger should be investigated.

Rossi was […] applauded by the public who were packed into the room when he said […] that “we can’t just point the fingers at Fulton County–Raffensperger must be held accountable.

There has to be some accountability for the chief election official of the state, who is Mr. Raffensberger. To be honest, we felt like there was a concerted cover-up effort to protect [the Secretary of State] from any accountability and to send this through to Fulton County.

To give him a little slap on the wrist and not do anything to damage the Raffensperger narrative, which was [that] both recounts were perfect.”

Furthermore, Rossi made it clear that the errors he found in the Fulton County audit were legitimate and should be, at the very least, corrected with a “footnote” at the bottom of their report to denote the SOS acknowledges there were errors.

According to Rossi, Raffensperger committed […] violations […] with the “Risk-Limiting hand audit […].”

Even SEB found flaws in the Fulton County audit. A consent agreement was secretly negotiated to resolve the matter […] confirmed the 36 errors, site unseen, and left it at that. Rossi explained he was “not asking the Board to hear the merits of the case” but to investigate either the State Election Board or the Secretary of State.

While there was a great deal of controversy over whether the Board has the authority to investigate a secretary of state, Dr. Johnston spoke compellingly, citing multiple reasons an investigation of the Secretary of State is well within the boundaries of the Board’s authority to do so.

Johnston stated:

“[…] the State Election Board has the power to direct an investigation of the Secretary of State, election officials in the Secretary of State’s Office, or both, reading of the statutory provisions dealing with the Board.

The Board was created by the General Assembly and given the statutory duty to ensure that election officials conduct elections in a legal, honest, and uniform manner. It is the Board’s duty to investigate and report election violations, fraud, or irregularities.

The Board has the power to examine under oath any person concerning any matter connected with or bearing on the proper discharge of its duties. The face of these […] provides no limit.

Therefore, before the Secretary of State or his office can claim their unity from investigation, they must identify some provision of the law granting it to them.

This they have failed to do.”

Moncla, Rossi, and others have repeatedly presented ample evidence in the form of ongoing correspondence and complaints to show there were glaring issues with the administration of the 2020 election.

Important questions remain about the tabulator machine count errors, chain of custody, and the state’s voter rolls, among other things.

Moncla sent a letter with an attached Amicus Letter of support of Joe Rossi on Dec. 18, 2023. The letter summarizes the current state of affairs regarding the various complaints submitted by Moncla, Rossi, and Cross.

UncoverDC spoke with Moncla on Wednesday about the attached Amicus Letter, dated December 15. In the Amicus, Moncla references the empty consent agreement, calling it a “Board Stipulated consent agreement (hereinafter “BS Agreement”).” In the letter, Moncla describes all the many ways the consent agreement has failed the citizens of Georgia:

“I called it the BS agreement flippantly because [it] does absolutely nothing to hold anyone accountable or responsible for the defects in the hand count.

It does nothing to correct the official records. And most importantly, it does absolutely nothing to prevent the same from happening again. In fact, it almost ensures it. It is our job as citizens to hold the gov. accountable for fraud, waste, and abuse.”

Undaunted by threats from the FBI, Moncla wrote another email to the members of the Board and General Counsel for SoS, Charlene McGowan, […] after the Dec. 19 meeting.

Moncla [called it] a “Dog and Pony show.” According to Moncla,  Dominic Olomo, the Fulton County Elections Department IT director, is also a foreign national, former Dominion and Happy Faces employee. Moncla has the Fulton County records to prove it.

As for the alleged FBI probe, Moncla summarizes their actions in the following way:

“I am being investigated for petitioning my government for seeking redress of our grievances, a right that is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, or so I thought.”
