I say fuck it, tell him go ahead and sue. How did that play out for Democrats in Arizona? They sent literally over a 100 attorney’s to Maricopa in AZ to fight us.
They tried to stop us, several times, constitutional law was and is on our side; state legislature has exclusive plenary power over this, they don’t need anyone’s permission to investigate whether the laws they passed were followed.
