The law in Wisconsin requires ballots to be in the possession of local election officials by 8 p.m. on Election Day in order to be counted. 

To put things in perspective the election in Wisconsin has a margin of around 20,000 votes seperating the two presidential candidates.

It also depends on whether or not AZ and others decertify, and whether those who committed felonies are prosecuted.

None of this has been disproven, in fact to the contrary, further trails of Zuckerberg money and more insight on how it was used have been unearthed.
